This baby girl has those little chubby cheeks you just want to squeeze! She was so much fun to follow around and photograph. I just love letting them explore and see what they find to get into. Her mommy even brought some of Abigayle’s favorite things, which is always scores major points with me! It’s one thing for me to have props, but it means so much more when it’s their own special things. Hope ya’ll enjoy!

I just photographed this about 10 minutes ago and had to share it with ya’ll. Amazing isn’t it? I just stood there on my dirt road and worshiped God while watching this gorgeous sunrise. Something this beautiful, that’s all you can do… worship the Lord. Of course, words nor picture can accurately grab just how amazing it was. You had to see it yourself. Hope you all take time to watch a sunrise or sunset and know just how perfect our God is.

Well, I’m on the downhill stretch!! This will be the first of my last six appointments for this month. I love my job, but I must admit that I am ready for a break. Most of all, I’m really excited about getting to be home with my girls over Christmas holidays. We have lots of fun things planned for December. Strauss Theare in Monroe is doing a production of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” on Dec. 8th. Twin City Ballet’s performance of “The Grinch” is this weekend, but I’ll be in Canton (for the first time ever!!) so we’ll miss that one. The Children’s Museum in Monroe also has some really neat things going on for the kids next month. And my two oldest girls and I will be going to see the LA Delta Ballet’s performance of ”Power & Grace”… the portrayal of the true meaning of Christmas. Lots of fun!
Okay, these two were a hoot. We had a blast roaming around. Emily is such a model and Andrew is just hilarious. He’s definitely his father’s child. Hope ya’ll enjoy!

These two cuties were some of my very first models when I started taking pictures. Our last meeting was about a year ago, and my how they’ve grown. Emmy-Lu is so into posing and doing the whole model thing. And that little Caroline is a ham! We had some beautiful scenery for our shoot, horses and all! Thanks Ginny, for asking me to come out and photograph your family. Ya’ll are truly a beautiful bunch!
Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow. And I hope you all remember just how much we have to be thankful for.

Well, I just had to take a few moments away from my processing to post some pictures from my baby’s birthday party. I’m actually kind of sad when I sit here and think about my little sweetie turning 5 tomorrow. Gosh, where does the time go? Seems like just yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital. Every time I see ladybugs, I think of her. The day she was born, the ladybugs were everywhere! All over the window of the hospital room. Yesterday they appeared in swarms out here at our house. Isn’t God so amazing? She is one of the best little love gifts I’ve ever received from Him. And I thank Him for bringing me those ladybugs to remind me of how special she is.
Okay, enough of the sappy stuff! She had a “rock star” birthday party in lieu of getting to go see Hannah Montana, which I was not paying $200 a ticket for. They had a blast! They danced and sang… and we laughed and laughed. Hope ya’ll enjoy… and thanks for letting me reminisce!

Her FABULOUS birthday cake was made by Mrs. Telida Sasser in Delhi. Carson LOVED it! Thanks so much Mrs. Telida!

“Remember me with favor, O my God.” Nehemiah 13:31
What a beautiful girl with a beautiful spirit. I had lots of fun on this Senior session. Jessica loves to cut up and make goofy faces! She was actually mad because her mom made her “dress up” instead of letting her wear her Georgia boots! I must admit, I was quite disappointed when I found out she didn’t bring her boots. Oh well, there will be other times! These are some of my favorites, hope ya’ll enjoy!

I thought this picture was hilarious. I actually caught the fly in mid air when she flicked it off her arm!
